How to access your administration panel ?
In the top menu, click on Log In, a new page is displayed. Fill in the username "admin" and the password you have choosen during your registration. If you have lost or forgot it, click here. Once you are logged in, click on the link "Administration Panel" at the bottom of the page.

How to modify your board’s appearance ?
You can modify your board’s appearance by choosing a theme (each theme displays different pictures, colors and icons). To do that, go to the administration panel, then click on Management in the Styles Admin menu and choose one of the displayed themes. You can later change it or choose another one.

How to manage the categories and forums ?
You can add, modify and delete the categories and forums that you have created anytime and without limit. To do that, go to the administration panel, in the management part of the Forum Admin, and click on "Add a link" (a forum or a category). In a first time, we advice you to create test categories and test forums that you will delete later, in order to understand how this tool works.

commitment,and skill based on broad knowledge and its application in practice.We,nurses

should always be constantly remindedof our Nightingale Pledge to awaken our senses regarding

the responsibility of our profession.We should constantly seek for knowledge in order to beome

more skilled,efficient and well verse in our chosen field.Above all,we must be open,flexible and

adaptable to new information,communication and technologies here and abroad to keep up

with the ever changing time.We should persevere to perform these roles with utmost dedication

to provide the good if not the best service to our client.

Being a good communicator is one of the characteristics we believe nursing has difficulty meeting.

A good communicator requires tha ability to listen well,comprehend written and spoken language

think clearly,express ideas clearly in words,write clearly and competently,interpret nonverbal cues,

respect the other party and win the other party's confidence and to have good memory.Cultural

geographic,religion and language diversities are some of the factors that interfere with nurses to

have a good communication with their patient,support person,colleagues and other health

care personnel.Nurses should continue to undergo further and thorough trainings,studies research

and development to enhance their abilities.



A good example of this scenario is those filipino nurses working in middle east countries.In order for

Filipino nurses to appropriately fulfill their responsibilities they should fully understand the needs of each

person they work with based on thier culture and religion.Trainings on how to properly handle and deal

with the patient as well as the person they work with should be given to the nurses.This will help

nurses to understand and provide the proper care,fair dealing and service that are appropriate for them.
